The Gear Precision grade: it has reached ISO class 6, JIS class 1, AGMA class 14 and DIN class 4. Ball screw precision from C7.C5 toC3, build up rolling process lines and grinding lines.

The Factory set up automation screw shaft rolling production line, With automatically harden process and on-line automatically inspections process. the capacity go to 5000 -10000 meters per day. Capability of rolled ball screw size from 08mm to 100mm.

The factory  also set up automation nut grinding production line to ensure the highly quality and productivities to support the high volumes requests in fields of automotive, industrial, medicals, solar energy, robots and power tools ,The nut grinding capacity will go to 1500 pcs per day, nut size from 8mm to 110mm.  

To development ball screw market, the factory also build the grinding production line for miniature ball screw with higher precision,C5,C3 grade.

WANFU followed higher quality system requirements for products, got the certification in TS16949:2016, and ISO900:2015, use Statistic Process Control tools to control and mange the product quality. Followed PPAP procedure to ensure product from new sample to mass production successfully.
